Most items we sell are used and "as-is" and come with no warranties or returns allowed. We make every effort to provide accurate, detailed, up-to-date descriptions of our merchandise so that you can make an informed purchase. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

The items we sell come from a wide variety of environments and encompass a broad spectrum of categories. Many of the items fall outside of our range of expertise and must be provided as is, untested. Our low prices reflect this. (It can take many man hours of expert labor to properly test some of these items, and such testing would drive up our incredibly low prices.)

Each item is different - we may offer DOA warranties on certain items, but not on others- if you are unclear about any particular item, please ask.
